How do I make a purchase?

Use the ‘SHOP’ link and browse through our inventory of products. Once you have found an item or items that you wish to purchase, choose the size(s) and click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG/CART’ link at the top of the page. Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. After successfully completing the purchase procedure, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include your order(s) in detail.

Can I modify completed order(s)?

You cannot modify completed order(s) as their status is considered ‘CONFIRMED’ after checkout. Furthermore, once the order(s) has/have been shipped, the content cannot be modified, nor can it be cancelled.

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

Delivery time for all orders after dispatch is 3-7 business days within Pakistan and 7-10 business days for international orders. Delivery charges apply as per location selected. Delivery charges will display during checkout and will be added to the checkout total before confirming the order. Please note that mikaclothing.com does not process deliveries on Sundays and public holidays and the processing will continue as of the next working day.

What are the available form of payments on the website?

Currently, MIKA offers Cash on Delivery (CoD) services and credit card payment for all customers within Pakistan and credit card payment for all international customers.

Which countries does MIKA ship to?

Currently, MIKA delivers nationwide in Pakistan as well as the following international locations:

Australia, Canada, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey, United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom (UK) and the United States of America (USA).

How can I track my order(s)?

After the order(s) has/have been dispatched, the customer will receive relevant information and instructions from the courier company to their number and/or email provided in order form.

Does MIKA have sales?

MIKA offers sales from time to time at their own discretion.

Are there any offered price adjustments?

We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased during an off-sale period. Once an item has been purchased at a price, no price adjustment can be made should the item be further marked down.
